Heard a lot about them with some of the players they've got but its not worrying us.

Who have you got?

Not a bad outfit chap but with your start to the season I imagine they'll be worried silly.

AFC Hurricanes at home. Can we win county cup for a 3rd year? Don't know about that but Sunday will be a tricky obstacle that's for sure.

Luckily enough I've had the chance to watch/play against Sporting Wigston and Afc Hurricanes.

Sporting Wigston are not a bad side, I didn't think much of them but they've got some decent players (striker?). I think it will be a good tie but if you hold your own you'll be alright Matt.

And for AFC Hurricanes, one of our lads has a workmate who plays for them. They are a Narborough (senior league) based side but I didn't play them for aths, it was a few of my mates and some other lads I didn't know and we went 3-0 down to 3-3. I think you'll be fine.

Hope this helps both.

^^^ Yeah we are looking forward to the game as well matey, played your senior team in pre-season and got a football lesson off them, but we've stepped up a little since then so hoping this one will be closer, will give both teams a sneak peek of what to expect in the league as well.

Looking forward to it matey. (Btw didn't know i had to contact you 10 days before, so ill contact you tonight to confirm details.)

They have a lot of new players this year most of the team play for senior league sides saturday afternoons (pot hunters i'd say).

i would say one of the favourites to win this cup and all the rest that they are in.

big game away (again!) at Guthlaxton Old Boys for us from Aliiance Div 2.Went to have a little look at them sunday.Looking forward to what should be a good cup-tie.

I love away games in the cups, its all about a long hard trek on a sunday morning into the complete unknown, gets the juices flowing! Thats what sunday football is all about i reckon.

ian I used to play for them a couple of seasons back, chris and his dad jerry tims run them! Funny story and what a coincedence, my last game for them was against the sportmans who r now athletic sportsman. They said that they wanted me to get stuck in and they would pay any fines. 1 yellow and red in the second half and 2 lads on the side line knocked out cold they changed there mind. I never played for them again?
