- The Everards Charnwood Sunday Football League (hereafter named ECSFL) reserves all rights.
- Registration to this forum is free of charge at the present time, however the ECSFL reserves the right to charge a registration fee at a later date providing written notification is given both on this forum and on the League website. The ECSFL cannot charge a registration fee whilst in connection with My Fast Forum. For a full listing of all areas of this particular rule, please visit the full Forum Rules on our website.
- The views posted on any forums here are that of the author and not necessarily that of the ECSFL
- The ECSFL reserves the right to edit and/or remove postings made by users or user profiles should the ECSFL deem it to be unsuitable for the forum.
- Avatars are presently allowed on the forum. There are currently no guidelines in black and white as to the size you can use, however we do insist that you use a realistic size and not half the screen! Should the ECSFL feel this option is being exploited, then the ECSFL reserves the right to disable this option (without prior notification) with immediate effect. If the League feels that a particular avatar is unsuitable for the forum, then they may if they so wish disable that option for a particular user only.
- NO FORMS OF ABUSE IS ALLOWED ON THIS FORUM!
The ECSFL can either ban or permanently ban users if they deem the user to be abusive. Abuse in forms of (but not limited to) racism, foul and/or abusive language, persistent abuse of any nature are all prohibited.

|
|
It's a recently-introduced method of enhanced moderation!
For example, for mis-use of the PMs available to all users at the start, the user could get a ban of say 1 week PLUS the loss of the PMs privilege to all other users except Administrators so that after a period of time (of good behaviour) the person can apply to the Administrators to have the PM facility re-instated... moderation of new topics/posting replies can all be set to moderation by administrators, so we have got a lot of ways of punishing people (fairly) considering the severity of the problem.
So we can punish people with little things such as loss of PM privileges, right up to banning them indefinitely (and ensuring the ban sticks! so they cannot re-register under a different username or email address).
I will introduce a guideline of what punishment(s) you may receive for certain offences... but they would only be guidelines and not guaranteed to be the punishment given! _________________ No longer the General Secretary -- Any queries/questions should be directed to either Brian Bunn (Chairman) or Tony Pietrzyk (Vice Chairman).
