Which referee, past or present, in the Charnwood League is your favourite or one you respect (if there is such a thing) and why?
Mine is any that turn up to a game on a Sunday Morning

I think Andy Parker...straight and says how it is and doesn't take no poo
Theres also another ref but don't know his name....tall and bald fella who wears vaseline on his eyebrows! lol! You know when he shakes ya hand the strong git!

The ref we had for the Sileby game the other week was really decent. Consistent, didnt take rubbish and he didnt miss alot either.

Pete Johnson - Never lost when he has reffed us
Graham Swan - Offered to take our training in the summer
Pete Orton - (my wifes cousin, so had to say this one)
Ken Davis - For his famous dog muck spade every sunday morning!!!
Mr Mufunko - Plays the game with a smile on his face.
There are loads of other refs I could have mentioned, but I have always worked on the principal, You look after the refs, and they look after you.

Ken Davies, Little Stumpy Kev, Small bloke with Tats, Peter Warren, Keith Middleton, Old bald fat bloke (no not me), Tracksuit Warrior. All great ref's. To be fair should really get the names of more. It was embarrasing Sunday when one of the ref's came to watch our game we always have great banter with him and he's a top class ref but both me and Nick (A Team Gaffer) couldn't remember his name. Andy Parker on his day's quality. Jim Hubbard from outside the Charnwood league warrants a mention. And Big Frank Stabana, Pipes. Some good one's about. Not all bad and fank in their hatred for certain clubs as is the case with some. Should be off the roster

Collins = rubbish.
Ken Davis (alright there fella!) is pretty useful, always fair. I think Andy Parker sticks out for me, stern but fair, be a shame if he quits.
The fella you are talking about joe, he was linesman in our william david final encounter last year.Im still racking my brains for his name, i wouldnt mind but ive called him by his first name a million times!! Any help anyone?
Dark short hair, bit of a tash and sporadic beard.Youngish.He knows the laws of the game very very well, and is probably about the best ref around at the minute for me, along with Mr Parker.

Andy Parker is even worse than that fool we had last season 4 games in a row. Young black guy with a great attitude but doesn't know the rules of footy.
Andy is the ref that failed to deal with a very nasty situation and sent of player off askng why and was patting there players on the back telling them to jeep there head up it will come??!
