AGM Date ConfirmedPlease note that the Annual General Meeting date has been confirmed:
Date: Monday 12th May 2008
Start Time: 7:45pm
Venue: Brush Club, Fennel Street, Loughborough, Leicestershire
Location in Venue: Function Room (once you enter the establishment, go straight ahead through 2 sets of double-doors, and that is the main function room).
This is not formal notice of the AGM. This is simply to ensure the date and venue is known.
Official notice of the Annual General Meeting will be circulated in the near future.

Confirmed date is the 12th RefSec:
After the meeting, Terry came in to see me and Brian to let us know that a change of plan was possible and that we could have the 12th after all (which we gladly took).
Notice to all Committee of the change will be emailed tonight before I leave Leicestershire for the night.
