Disappointed by Whitwock VillageI have to say I am very disappointed by some of the Whitwick Village players who refused to play on our pitch today, even when the ref who was there own player said the pitch was fine.
I think they went against the spirit of the Sunday league football and have let them self’s down because they didn’t fancy the game in the cold. What made it even worse was on TV the game with Leeds playing a team in the FA cup with a big puddle in the middle of the pitch, this was however 10x worse than our pitch today.
We have played 3 games the pitch in the pass 4 weeks and not 1 team even moaned about it. I hope they are correctly punished for the actions.

i dont think the matter needs debating on here. its in the hands of the league now, so they will deal with it.

Yes this is a matter for the league to discuss so I'm locking the topic. I would advise that both teams submit a full report to the league before Thursday morning.
