Let's make this into a "Soccer A.M" kind of thing if okay with you RefSec?...
For example:
Who's the best/worst dresser in the team?
Who's the longest in the shower?
Who's the fastest player?
Who's the strongest player in the team?...
And finally... can anyone achieve the "Crossbar Challenge"? 
If someone achieves the Crossbar Challenge either in my presence OR if they capture it with their mobile phone/camcorder, I'll be sure to congratulate you, put it on both the forum and league website, and maybe give away a decent prize as well (depends whether I'm skint or not!  )

With the crossbar challenge, would it be acceptable in my presence, for example if a team wants to do it 10-15 minutes before kickoff, if they are actually at the ground then?
