A case of the best team not winning and some shocking refereeing. 3 penalties awarded all of which were dodgy as hell.
Credit to Burton after a tough season, should be in the final if only we had put away some of the shed load of chances we had.
Shame its a boring all Stanny final.

Top drawer semi final with my tactics of us not turning up at all for the 1st half lulling Quorn into a false sense of security then actually playing in the 2nd half 
All seriousness credit to my lot for the comeback and Quorn for playing us off the park beforehand. Great meaty tackles in the first half (Steve Walker V's Ash White) and mostly good football on a pitch which is taylor made for it. Unlucky to Quorn but they'll be winning something very,very soon I'm sure

I'm sorry Adamlil but if you don't finish your chances then you don't win games it's a simple as regardless of who you think was the best team. I'm sure Quorn will think they were unlucky to lose today but so be it.
I highly doubt that the all Stanny final will be anything but boring. Come and watch for yourself. Whilst your at it, come and support my lot in the County Cup Final in 10 days time a so and rep the Charnwood League as we do and accept that Birstall Stamford has a proud tradition for winning cups and to do that, you have to be a good side.

You were beaten fair and square, we wre rubbish first half but totally outworked and outfought you during the second half and extra time.Cant believe you thought you were the better side, your obviously even more one-eyed than Leicester City fans. My lads grafted their nuts off and i was going to post a reply actually giving your lads credit for a well fought cup-tie, but you dont deserve it, so all i can say is........Birstall Stamford A 3 Burton FC (the old Quorn Grange who we always used to beat too) 1.Thank you and goodnight.

Calm down mate Im only giving you my opinion. You outworked and outplayed no one, the only difference was you put your chances away and we fluffed all of ours, simple as. Good luck in the final though
