What kind of favouratism? Do you mean someone as a "managers' pet", or "players' pet" etc etc 
I think you won't get many responses to this topic until people know what you're trying to get at... otherwise they might think you're just stirring the pot, because the last thing any club needs is in-house fighting amongst the players and or management.
