Friendly Last SundayLast Saturday night I was doing some work at home, made a decision to concentrate on League stuff for Sundays and go for my promotion by refereeing and running the line on the Saturday afternoons... What happens??? I get a phone call at about 9:30pm... "Can you ref us please? We badly need a ref for tomorrow mornings friendly?" Know what I thought? -  That should tell you all about my thoughts! 
So, after about 10 minutes on the phone I gave in! Turned up for the game, and we eventually kicked off after waiting for some time... After 14 minutes, the home team was 4 - 0 up. That just set the tone for the rest of the match! Nothing else to mention really, except the full-time score -- 12 - 4 to the home team. And they seemed chuffed with the result, wonder why
