I thought Id book em up early so I dont have to do any last min running around.
If we get a free weekend when the season gets going I'lll keep you in mind.

Im always on here, I think half my lads log on everyday, but dont join as members, so its just me as the official voice of the Trees.
Started training tonight and had 42 players down, wonder how many will be there at the start of the season?
Celtic Steve, if you can get a pitch, and fancy a friendly game you can play either of our teams (we have got a new kit so no clash this time)

Now when I say 42, on first impressions, I don't think I will be needing a third team

Good man Ian!.
Having gone to a Catholic school, being the good C of E boy that I am I once wore my Rangers top on a casual dress day. Thing was, being the dimwit that I am I forgot that we had school assembly that morning. Now that really was like zulu!!!

I blame Jock Wallace, when he changed Leicester's kit to reflect Rangers.
When the lads picked our new kit, I had to make sure we had Green shorts, and ditched last seasons green & white hooped socks, well we couldn't have had a blue kit, or else we would look like that other team in the village

I tried to get a friendly against them a couple of years ago, as a couple of our casts off (and I thought we would take anybody) started playing for them, but they said they didn't want to play any other teams in Birstall?
Must be spending too much time up at Mowmacre hill, affects the brain.
