Loughborough Royal Oak 1 5 SwanningtonSwannington continued their charge for 3rd place by coming from a goal down to win 5-1 comfortably. A defensive mix up at the back allowed their striker to slot the ball home. We sat back far too much, and let them come at us for a good 25minutes.
Equalised after a swift counter attack, taking just 2 passes to get from our by line to their net. Joe Arnold finishing from 20 yeards out. 1-1 at the break, and we came out looking a bit more interested, going 2-1 up after the ref giving a harsh penalty, after our striker had a shot which was blocked by the defenders hand. Looked more ball to hand than hand to ball though. Shortly after, we went 3-1 up and then scored a fourth and fifth in quick sucession. The fourth gol was flagged offside by their flag happy lino, but the ref ovveruled the decision and allowed the goal to stand.
This was our 5th win on the trot in the league, and will fear noone, except maybe walsh who arent a bad team!

center mid we just had a couple sign from the jane, we done ok but had a few slips like the awful one to britania we are getting stronger but so is the league it is very tough
