Lost 3-0 I think with their team all over us, and their players all out of position. Having said that, our top goalscorer was away plus our best midfielder. I was at centre back (norm left back or right back) our best centre back in midfield and our right back up front! Good team, though may struggle next season in Div 3, unless they get a few more players. Best player their captain, by a long way

probably the mosty enjoyable game we have played this season!! I think we all played better out of position than we do in our strongest!! Good luck to you next season lads, nice to play the game in good spirit

yeah it was a good game, i knew youd have excuses about missing players.
we all played out of position with our goalie up front and our manager in centre mid who couldnt manage more than half the match!
considering that, we still should have beat you 6 or 7 nil, so you cant say we will struggle next year in div 3. On that evidence we will walk it!

Im the swannington Keeper and too be honest i couldnt beleive how well u guys were playing, for me it was absolutly relentless and i was getting extremely wound up. There must have been dozens of one on ones.
You guys deserved to win and tbh if i wasnt on form today you probs would have scored double figures. I know ur second goal came from my mistake, lol (youve got to have one a season aint ya) and two goals comming from a player trying to play the offside trap and failed both times. But ahwell thats football, im glad everyone else had fun, i didnt particulary haveing to but up with attacks every 5 mins.
anyway, i hope you get one well next season - you never know you maybe the Beacon of this year.

1 every season matt?you mean one every game??! hehe lol. nah they wernt bad, and yeh u lot were all out of position blah blah blha but you should be beatin us if your champions.
on a serious note now, I do not see you as being good as beacon were last season. (if you remember matt we were the only team in the league to go up against them in a game) (2-0 up, lost 6-2) 
thats not me taki the pi ss now, its my honest opinion

cheers matt, you definitely gave us a hard time in the one on ones.. Frustrated alot of our players!! id agree with you tho stu, although we could have beaten beacon when we played them a while back (you could tell they wernt on form that day), i dont think we are as good as them!! I know alot of their players from 5 a side and saturday teams!! they have a strong side and can be rather intimidating! I know a few of my team mates will probably disagree with me and il end up getting stick at training for suggesting that a side is better than us lol! anyways all the best for next season!

Id just like to add, hats off to the ref on sunday!! she was by far the best ref we have had throughout the season!! you barely noticed her throughout the game and as a ref thats what you want!! most of the male refs in the league need to watch her and take note!!!

It weren't the Chinese / Korean girl was it? I've seen her a few times on Saturdays and I thought she was quite good

No she was a good ref to be fair, but then the game was played in the right spirit too

yea thats true, it may have been different if she was in charge of our game against three nuns, not sure how any ref would have dealt with that!! if i was reffing i think id have just cried on the pitch lol.. far too much abuse!!
