The basic rule is to:
1. Look at ALL Global Announcements -- These are "Breaking News" stories more often than not, and are items that should be read asap.
2. Then check any announcements in any forum - These need to be read, and usually hold important and relevant news about that particular forum/topic.
3. Then, if any, quickly look at the "Sticky's" -- These usually always hold valid and important info to help you with things, whether it's to do with the League, the website or this forum!
After that, it's up to you to decide what order you want to read things! The rest of the items in any topic are posts only and may or may not contain important information you are seeking.
