Wahey the mighty Compass, bet you lot wish you had improved at the rate the Village has over the years.

Your being dwarfed by the real deal lad's, a small Whitwick team living in the Villages shadow.

Replace that compass of your's with a SatNav and you might have more luck finding the route to goal.

how did you get promotion last year brain's ???? oh yeah you finished 3 & what about the year before ??? was it 2nd to the gate ??? we won division 1 last year so ask yourself who's had more success ???? just stick to doing the Y.M.C.A !!! HA HA HA

Ooooooooh we have a bite, wind him in.

ALL TOGETHER ..... YOUNG MAN, THERE'S NO NEED TO FEEL DOWN I SAID YOUNG MAN PICK YOURSELF OFF THE GROUND !!!

Ha ha thats pretty funny i was waiting till the village jokes started, how original. We will give u your friendly but you need to prove yourself to be Whitwicks number ONE. Win the prem and we will give you your shot.

I know it obviously easier to predict from a few games in than the start of the season but im going with...

Prem
1.Falcons
2.Whitwick

1st Div
1.Birstall Stanford Res
2.Whitwick Village

2nd Div
1.Birstall Stanford A
2.Greenhill

3rd Div
1.L'boro Saints Res
2.Three Nuns

4th Div
1.L'boro Royal Oak
2.Swannington

Sileby Aths need to get a grip of themselves, think they're much better than they really are. 1 result vrs Long Watton doesn't make a season!

In fairness their other results aren't bad?

Slightly harsh me thinks

maybe a bit harsh but i just think they go over the top, especially their manager (wilko) thinks he's fabio capello! they've got a few good players, particulary their midfield but nothing to shout about!

good prediction this not having us in the top 2 of div 1, especially considering we are the only team with a 100% record I'm that league now????

A long way to go yet mate, but your lads wanted it alot more than we did yesterday so fair play to you. The better team won.

very true but we had 5 big players missing yesterday who would have started if fit so the best is still to come from us. You have some good attacking players but not strong enough in defence, I can see why you score a lot of goals.

I have signed 4 in the last 2 weeks, Sunday footy is harder and harder to get a stable side.

I reckon Saints will finish above Nuns.

With us just above Saints.

Shocked You should never write off the Stanny for at least runner-up spot in the Prem?  I know what the League looks like now and what the results have been, but I still personally fancy them for a finish in the top 2 again.

With continuity in all 3 squads and some luck with injuries, they'll be up there as we all will.

I think, as with all teams, that 5 signings will change things
