Sounds good fella, does your booza normally stick some food on after? I only ask cos otherwise Ill arrange for ours to have some ready for the team when we come back.

| defo by the sounds of the first weekend doesnt seem to be much love lost between sides already lol martin barton f.c and yes there will be food also i could try and get the pub open before the game just as a warm up i you like hehe |

They have lost most of their better players at the end of last season. Apparently Marlborough Rovers are starting a new team up, and most were leaving to join that.
Thats why I was so suprised that they were allowed to be promoted. Think the League may have dropped a bollock here  |

Wilko - well played. My lads are claiming 18-0 though! lol Shame we didn't have a referee for the first game of the season despite having one named in the fixture list ( I will be Pm Iain on this ).
Rest of div 4 beware. Aths are a very strong side this season. Definitely of Div 1 standard.

Would be a good idea so the lads can meet first, but think it might be a bit early for everyone, let me check how far away u are and ill let you know. Defo after though.

Wymeswold 3 - Birstall Trees 1
After a slight mix up with us going to Wymeswold, and them coming over to Birstall (we were in the right) the game finally got going albeit delayed.
The lads put up a good performance against last seasons runners up, and if they had got their shooting boots on yesterday, then who knows.

See the above post!!!, fair play to Ashby, they took their chances, we didn't
new season, same results!!!
Wilko, by the sounds of it your mid week game against our first team did not do you any harm after all.

If you were the last man it should have been red. |
I had a covering defender behind me, which to my understanding means it should only be a yellow, also he was going away from goal.
i may be wrong thou

this comming from you, your forward double footed the keeper in the 2nd game against the two of us if i remember correctly.
