From Sunday (02/09/07) to end of Thursday:
Website hits: 21,248, with the average session time being just over 3 minutes.
Referrals: 17 domains and 87 search engine referrals...
Leics FA (17), Bagworth Imperials FC website (10) and other referrals too!
We are top of the list on Google, Yahoo, MSN and many other search engines (As at midnight Thursday anyway!)... At last, we are finally getting higher, moving up and up - getting the exposure we require to help the League grow again.
There are many other stats, but I won't bore you with them unless requested!

Glutton for punishment or what
Okay, since the beginning of August till yesterday at midnight:
Total hits = 73,924
Average session length = 2mins 13sec
Most looked at pages = News, Fixtures, Goal Scorers, Everards Cup (in that order!)
Least looked at group = County Cups
Bots = We've had the usual general bots from search engines etc, and a few which are considered nasty bots that do no good whatsoever and there are 2 bots which I've never heard or seen before, so unsure whether they friend or foe!
Referrals (A) : Leics FA (26), Falcons and Bagworth (each with 21), Aardvarks (12) The FA Official site (9).
Referrals (B) : Search Engine Referrals...
Google (311), Yahoo (67), MSN (15), AOL (9)... we're getting referrals from Sky Broadband users as well now (what's their service like? Anyone recommend them or too early?)
The fastest growing referral URL is Facebook.com, with 218 referrals in the last 6 days! This is due to players etc registering with them, creating their own group (footie-wise obviously) and linking back to our website! Thanks for the extra links lads and lasses! If any other Club registers and creates their own group for their club, let me know so I can join! I have also joined the Falcons' and Burton (Sunday) FCs group.
Whenever using Search Engines (ie: Google, ASK Jeeves, Yahoo, AOL, and every other... too many to mention here!!!), I think we are top on almost every one! People most commonly search for Charnwood Sunday League, and up we pop! But just recently, people have started searching for the name of their club! Our website also comes up for those searches!! So, if you can't remember the League you're playing in then you can simply search for your Club name and we should pop up...! If we do not appear, then let me know what you searched for, and which Search Engine it was. Thanks.
FINALLY.... [*sigh...]
The following countries have been looking at our website (I have already excluded the Bots, so the figures represent actual people, to a certain degree!, that are looking at our site:
(1) USA (including Bots = 17,581, EXCLUDING Bots = 9,859)
(2) Russia (88')
(3) Sweden (36)
(4) Germany, India, Canada (12 each)
(5) Holland (11)
(6) France, Australia (7 each)
(7) Turkey (6)
(8') New Zealand (3)
There were more than this for all countries stated above, but they were filtered out as they were bots.
PS: No... I don't have anymore brothers or family in all of those countries before Webbo or Celtic_Steve pass comment! _________________ No longer the General Secretary -- Any queries/questions should be directed to either Brian Bunn (Chairman) or Tony Pietrzyk (Vice Chairman).

I know, I know... It's a curse And yet.. you read it!
Still, I am at work (working hard as you can see!), so nothing will be done on the website till I get home... around 6pm tonight I think.
And even then, I will have to work from home for a few hours to get some more pennies to spend on spot prizes and booze
So, around 9 - 9:30pm tonight, I will get to publish the top goalscorers... should be nice and quick (say half an hour), as it's only the first week!!
And that's why it's the best week of the season! _________________ No longer the General Secretary -- Any queries/questions should be directed to either Brian Bunn (Chairman) or Tony Pietrzyk (Vice Chairman).
