Hi again,

So Hugglescote and the Keys lock horns again this time in the final of the 3/4 cup. Whats your predictions ??? I think after the last league game bewteen the two teams proves they aint untouchable and we will go there full of confidence.....won 9 on the bounce now and feel like we are just hitting top gear.

I am obviously going for my team (Hugglescote) to win and think it will be tight but hoping we win it, 3-1 for me Smile

When you played them last they were missing the spine of their team and you struggled past them with what was apparently a rather dubious last minute goal. So I think this time is going to be a very different game for you entirely, can't see them being short in the cup final. Think you've got a very good team which will more than likely do well in div 2 if you go up but I think they'll just have too much for you this time.

The last time we played them we also had players missing around 4 of our first choice team were missing which you could argue are the spine of our team so they lost to a weakened team as well as being weakend team themselves Paul Collier (topscorer 20 in 7 matches, Jamie Finney, Rob Tarry, Stephen Preston were all missing. So whilst i agree with you that it will be a tougher game i do think we will be more than capable of beating them.

Saying that both teams produced a poor display in the semi-finals so lets hope we raise our games and put on a good show Smile

Rob Tarry lol must be a small spine of a team! Only joking, he's a good lad. Don't know much about your team other than we played you in a pre season. Suppose you've bonded much more since then and become a better team.

Im going for a 3 1 win to Cross Keys. Lots of experience and a couple of cup winners previously.

Either way its nice that the cup will be staying around NW Leics area. Should be a good crowd as its more local than our last year. We still managed attendance of about 400. About 30 of them being poplar fans!
