I have had the idea that part of the website could be disposed of, and the information could be (solely) placed on the forum. That way, all links are pointing to the forum and to see certain areas of the forum, they would have to register (as you lot already know!)...
Areas that could be disposed of:
1. Top Goal Scorers
2. Form Charts
3. General Stats
4. News and Announcements
Im sure there are a few more to add to the list, but this would be a decent enough start I think.
As I would be doing very minimal website duties next season, concentration is currently placed more on the integration of this forum into our website and the shop being up and running (after numerous tests have been done) in time for the new season.
Webbo, have you ever created an online shop before? - Or anyone else for that matter? (Celtic_Steve?, wvfcgaffer?) I personally do not require help on this (only 2 more gateways to do, and that 1 aspect is completed), I am just curious as to who has ever made an e-commerce website before (that is registered with us).
